Also, Guido's exhaustive examination of multiline lambda? I was confused—I was thinking of PEP 3103, which was his exhaustive examination of adding a switch/case statement to Python. There's no equivalent thing for multiline lambda; instead it was discussed to death on comp.lang.python-dev.
